MY ORDERS
You will receive an email and SMS notification with its details. You can track your order by visiting our website and clicking on the ‘Track Order’ link located in the upper right-hand corner of the website. From there, you can log in or type in your ‘Order Number’.
We want you to make the best decision for your shopping experience. We do not allow rescheduling orders through our website. You can contact our helpline for further assistance.

BEFORE I BUY?
No! We are confident that you won’t find a company with such low prices for the service we provide. With our installation, delivery and clean up after the process there is only one more thing to worry about: ordering.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please call us at +91 91066 82138 or write to us at [email protected], Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within two business days.
Our warranties are different because they depend on the materials used. Please refer to the ‘Specifications’ tab in the Product Details section for warranty related information.
You can see if a product requires assembly by checking the ‘Product Details’ page.
Please enter your Pincode in the ‘Estimated delivery date’ for section available on the ‘Product Details’ page to know when we’ll deliver your order.
It is possible your coupon may not be working because
1. the validity on the coupon has expired.
2. the coupon has been used.
3. the coupon is not applicable on certain items.
4. your Shopping Cart Value does not meet the value for which you entered the coupon.
You can use one coupon on a single transaction, or use multiple coupons on the same order. You can also add items to your cart to get discounts.
PAYMENTS
Shilpa Classic offers a wide range of payment options to accommodate every need and offer maximum flexibility. The following payment options are currently available on Shilpa Classic:
1. We offer Internet Banking, Visa cards, Mastercard cards, and American Express cards.
2. Debit Cards issued by all leading banks in India are also available.
3. Our customers can choose from instalment plans and easy EMI options.
4. All type of wallets and UPI Payments available.
We do not collect your card or account details. You authorize the transaction only once, through a secure payment gateway.
You might not be able to make a transaction due to an error in the payment process. If your payment fails, the transaction will be rolled back within 7 working days. For further questions or clarification, please contact our customer service representatives.
At this point in time, we don’t offer COD as a payment solution.
MY ACCOUNT
Register for a Shilpa Classic account. It’s easy to create an account and sign up. Just fill in some basic information, choose a password, and click the button marked ‘Sign Up’!
When you join our website, we send you updates about new products that are going to come out and discounts and offers.
To change your password, edit your profile and select the ‘My Profile’ option under ‘Account Settings.’
To change your password, please enter your email or mobile number in the form and click “Forgot Password?” link.
Sometimes our newsletter is placed in the junk/spam box of your email. Please mark our emails as “not spam” and add us to your contact list if you are using Gmail. If you have Promotions or Updates set up, please drag our email to the Primary tab.
If you choose to no longer receive our messages, that is your choice. But you can easily unsubscribe by clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link located near the bottom of every email we send.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Please contact us if you have received a defective or damaged product. Please also let us know immediately if you notice something is wrong with your order. please call us at +91 91066 82138 or write to us at [email protected]
Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within two business days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product or offer you a replacement.
The refund will be initiated for the credit/debit card orders within 7-10 working days from the date of purchase.
